Repair of ceramic valve at Miele CM7300-Fehler77

Hello everyone,
we are currently sitting in threes at our coffee machine and try to put them together correctly and somehow it doesn't work...

Now from the beginning.
Our beloved coffee machine suddenly started to clean several times and to demand a decalcification. We did everything, but she stopped producing black gold. She was still cleaning, but somehow she didn't seem to pump any more water into the brewing unit, everything else (cleaning, steam, frothing milk and hot water) she did.
However, after a few decalcifications she didn't want to do it properly anymore and pump no more water through the pipes. They sponned then somehow more and more.
So my father took them with him, because the warranty has expired only half a year , and examined them.
In the meantime we have inserted a new Kearimk valve driver and also exchanged the microswitches. But now we have the problem, after the assembly of the complete ceramic valve, that the machine always returns error 77. Sometimes it also works if we only lightly place the head with the hose connections on it. But as soon as it is screwed down (not vicelike) the error 77.
This can be due to the position of the driver, because the positions of the individual ceramic discs are determined by other parts...

Can somebody help us if we are right with our guess? And does anyone know what the correct positioning of the individual parts is like?

We would be very grateful so that my husband and I can enjoy some nice and tasty coffee again.

error 77 is at least actually the error message for a ceramic valve that is not positioned correctly.

As you already wrote, you can't do too much wrong when assembling
too much wrong, because (if you look correctly) all
positions are given.
1: Turn the motor block stainless steel pin down by hand (white 1/4 circle points upwards)
2: Cam approx. "10 to 8" watch (recess at the bottom in the middle of the microswitch nipple)
3: Place the white part of the valve head on it
3: White ceramic ring Double cam at the bottom right Support points for the black ceramic disc
4: Place the black ceramic disc to fit the driver
5. Insert the white ceramic disc with seal so that the 2 differently sized noses of the black cap engage in the correct bulges of the ceramic disc, if the black cap is positioned so that most connections point downwards and the air inlet points upwards to the left - the black cap also has a positioning bar in the upper area so that it can only be mounted correctly on the white valve head in one position.

We have now done this as described and has also worked great, also screwed together.
But after we have switched off the machine and then switched it on again, the error appears immediately again and the valve has also stopped in the positioning, as switched off.
May be because we have not yet completely assembled it and therefore no water flows through it?
We switch the machine off again and again directly before the pump runs, so as not to occupy it accordingly...

we will bury her now After we connected the hoses she wanted to go through the decalcification program and we were already drawing hope.
but now she got stuck in the decalcification program at the last minute. As we have now read about an older model, someone had the same problem and it was the circuit board. Here we have given up and will now unfortunately buy a new machine, but no longer Miele. Unfortunately this was the first and last Miele coffee machine

Inzwischen haben wir einen neuen Kearimkventilmitnehmer eingesetzt und auch die Mikroschalter getauscht. Nun haben wir aber das Problem, nach dem Zusammenbau des vollständigen Keramikventil, dass die Maschine immer wieder den Fehler 77 ausgibt. Manchmal funktioniert sie auch, wenn wir den Kopf mit den Schlauchanschlüssen nur leicht aufsetzen. Sobald es aber festgeschraubt wird (nicht Schraubstockmäßig) kommt wieder der Fehler 77. Kann das an der Position des Mitnehmers liegen, denn die Positionen der einzelnen Keramikscheiben werden ja jeweils von anderen Teilen vorgegeben... Kann uns da jemand helfen, ob wir mit der Vermutung richtig liegen? Und weiß ggf. jemand, wie die korrekte Positionerung der einzelnen Teile ist? Wir wären sehr dankbar, damit mein Mann u d ich uns wieder über schönen leckeren Kaffee freuen können. VG Anyanka

Ich habe das gleiche Problem
Bei mir war das Keramikventil komplett verkalkt ! ( Zerlegt und gereinigt )
Danach konnte ich noch 4 Kaffee s machen und jetzt habe ich einen Fehler 0077

WO ist jetzt der Fehler:angry: ????
