Siemens EQ.6 Plus s300

Coffee machine draws air

Moin together, I hope you can help me.
I needed the Siemens EQ.6 Plus s300. In the beginning everything was good, now he pulls every time from about half of the display air. Then only bubbles come out of the spout until it continues to run normally at some point. This can't be right. I decalcified about a month ago. Hot water also tried. No improvement. On the right the component (brewing unit?) I already took it out and cleaned it. Everything's useless. Do you still have any ideas?
Many thanks in advance
Greeting Tobias

Hello, I have the same problem. Always only with coffee crema. If I first make a cappuccino and then a coffee crema, it runs smoothly. Have you been able to solve the problem by now?

We have been drinking a lot of coffee every day and yes, I am following up with the descaling, but is that enough?

During the cause investigation I come on the following
:a.)
It occurs only sporadically with Crema

b.) It

occurs only starting from 50% coffee in cupc.

) Hot water

is given out without problems

.)

Problem has

said goodbye to itself again

.)

I tried it

with a lot of decalcifying ...
Theory: If enough cold water can be pumped in by the pump, the heater should not produce steam instead of hot water. Therefore, good descaling should
improve
the pumping of water
.
But it's all theoretical!

Very funny behavior, sounds as if there's something leaking somewhere inside that they draw air. To
find out something like that you would have to open the device times or in my case
have it
on the
table.

I fix the parts purely as a hobby.

I'm

just starting out with Siemens, before I only had Juras and delonghis

. It?s

quite possible, there?s a seal somewhere and air

will come

into system via

.

But without pictures of the inside it's hard to say anything about it.

Hello

Does anybody have a solution for that yet?

I have the same problem with the s700
, I'm desperate and have already tested everything, but unfortunately no
change.
It is exactly the same as described above, only with coffee crema and the rest goes without
problems.
I have decalcified and also cleaned once, have renewed all seals, but everything has brought nothing

Hello, everyone,

I have the exact same problem. Even after descaling, it still occurs. It happens sporadically, not with every cup.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd be grateful.

Greetings
,Christian

I have the same problem. I can imagine that air gets into the system when you use the water tank. And that goes through the pipes.

Hello, everyone,

have the same problem with my Siemens Eq6.

So far I have made 2400 coffee purchases.

The leak will certainly not be solved as a warranty case.

A colleague who owns the same coffee machine has ordered a new seal kit in the www. for the brewing unit.

This is relatively simple by taking out the brewing unit and adding a little food fat.

I hope that everyone can enjoy the coffee crema again.

Have a nice Sunday to you all...

Could someone already solve the problem?

Unfortunately, still the old problem. I clean, decalcify, it remains with the air pull. But as already written above: do I first a cappuccino and then Cafe Crema, the Crema runs super through. If I make Cafe Crema first, the machine pulls air after half and it comes out of the nozzle splashy. Have also already blown through the outlet nozzles.

Maybe Siemens will get in touch.
