Okay - I'm gonna stay serious and guess "fill water tank" rolleyes.gif

Then I would suggest to check the function of the water tank valve first. It's
a built-in device
, right?

The next idea would be the flowmeter. However, repair instructions for built-in devices are somewhat more sparse

.

Good luck anyway!

Hello,
the built-in unit is
comparable to
the technology of an EQ7
.

Check that the magnet inside the tank

moves freely.

If he's "stuck," he means the machine has no water.

Greetings Alex

Now it's getting a little more complicated. In the service menu you can check whether the reed sensor ( water level ) switches.
If this does not switch with the water tank
one can still try to check the reed contact from the outside with another magnet. ( If you can get to the built-in unit. ) If this does not help, the disassembly of the automat unfortunately does not come past. When the reed contact switches : pump or flowmeter as Brian has already mentioned. A nice manual also partly for built-in devices : https://www.kaffeevollautomaten.org/forums/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=103767Gruss

I have reset to factory defaults and it seems to work.

Thanks to all of you!

And now again, the ad is gone, but there is no water....
Since my husband damaged the container, I ordered a new one.
