Jura E8 Modell 2020 brummt

I bought a new Jura E8 model 2020 5 days ago.
Now I noticed that this hums / buzzes very quietly when switched on.
This hum I hear but only when it is very quiet in the kitchen and I'm standing directly at the machine.
When I switch off the Jura E8 by pressing a button, the hum is still there.
Only when I pull the plug from the socket it is gone.
When the machine is switched on again it is back.
Where does this come from?
Is the low hum/humming normal or a warranty issue?

I have the E6, but it hums too. I find it quite annoying, because it doesn't even have to be as quiet as a mouse to hear it anyway. What can be done about this?

I am experiencing the same thing with an E6. Machine works perfectly but hums irritatingly. Sticking felt pads under the legs does not help, neither does turning it off, only unplugging it.
Who can help?

I also have this problem;
A soft hum, even when the unit is turned off. Only unplugging it helps.
Is this a malfunction? I find it quite annoying. Anyone have a solution? Warranty thingy?

Bought an E6 today and noticed the same humming sound. Has anyone had a solution or contacted jura yet?

Here is the E8 and it only buzzes briefly after being turned off.
It turns off completely after a little while, so no stealth consumption either.
Isn't that the case with you.
Just watch it, turn it off and listen for a few minutes.

Yes, my E8, which I bought 3 weeks ago, also has this electrical humming.
I also find it really annoying and have just called the Jura hotline.
They said I should complain to the dealer (I bought it at my local Mediamarkt).
They might be accommodating enough to offer me a replacement machine. If not, I have to send it to Jura from there with a repair order. Waiting time until the machine is back is about 3 weeks.

Let's see what happens.

I have the same problem with my 2nd hand Jura E8. The buzz does stop shortly after I turn it off.

Anyone have any idea of the cause, and the solution?

Same problem here, very irritating! We had the Jura sent to us via the retailer (warranty period) after several weeks the machine came back saying they could not find/replace anything. The zoom was gone for a while by the way. After about a month the zoom was there again:angry:Maddening!!!

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben uns ebenfalls eine E8 EC geholt.
Zu Hause festgestellt, dass sie brummt und dann gegen ein Ersatzgerät getauscht. Die hat jedoch auch wieder gebrummt.
Diese Maschine dann gegen eine ED getauscht, die aber ebenfalls brummt.

Ist das normal für eine Jura?

Die bisherigen Maschinen (Siemens, Melitta, etc.) hatten das bisher nicht.
Die Hotline von Jura will eine Aufnahme und dann ggf. einschicken für 3 Wochen.
