Hello,

I have since 2 months above machine and unfortunately for the 2nd time the problem that the coffee does not come out of the two outlets, but in the gap between the cup drainer and the Tresterauszug (see picture).
Of course, the machine still has a long warranty. However, I already had the problem when I wanted to use the machine for the first time. I had to send the machine to a service center. The repair (a hose from the brew head to the coffee spout had loosened) took over 3 weeks!
Therefore, my question: Can you repair something like this yourself in a hurry? Technically I am gifted and would have no problems with it. However, instructions on how to get to this hose would be beneficial.

Also, I would like to avoid sending the machine across Germany.
