Jura ENA 4 operating problem

I have had a JURA ENA 4 since 2021.
I have a problem with the coffee spout.
The machine grinds the beans, then water flows out, but only into the large water collection tray.
The dry coffee falls into the coffee collection tray
Can you help me?
As I've just cleaned the machine, can I start a cleaning cycle by forcing the system?

I have owned the Ena4 since 2021... Six months after purchase, the problem you have started. I was still under warranty, so we fixed it...
Unfortunately, my Ena4 has started up again. And now it's making a lot of noise, so it's bound to stop working sooner or later. What I find a pity is the fact that I really followed Jura's recommendations to the letter, I only bought their cleaning capsule products and Smart filters. very disappointed.
