Tchibo Expert Maschine

Hello everyone,

the brew group of my Tchibo machine no longer tilts forward. I opened it and followed the trick with the Q tips to see what happens. Rinsing works normally! Now to the problem. The ground coffee falls into the brew group. Now the brew group does not tilt forward and remains in the normal position. Which it actually should. The piston moves down from the top to compress. If I quickly tilt the brew group forwards by hand after grinding the coffee, the machine dispenses coffee as normal. The brew group then returns to its original position. I am desperate as to why? Can anyone help?

Is it Tchibo Esperto (made by Tunbow)?

It is possible that the brew group holding unit is stuck and unable to move forward, or something has broken off. The mechanism which turns it forward is broken or the motor doesn't work ?.. Have you checked it entirely?
