Hello,

I have a miele cm5300.
The grinder on the machine seems to be stuck. When I want to prepare a drink, I hear the grinder start up, it tries to turn but gets stuck. Then the machine rinses and the beverage dispense is cancelled

I've emptied the bean container and tried to remove the beans from the grinder but it still doesn't work

Can you help me?

You can try setting the grind to very coarse and see if that works. Otherwise, all you can do is open the machine, dismantle the grinder and see if anything is stuck or defective.
