Hello ...I have already tried everything that has been described here in the forum.... the brewing unit is stuck..... it doesn't seem to sit properly in the appliance ....... the release cannot be pushed backwards, and the coffee machine can no longer be switched on..... what can we do........ can the coffee machine still be saved..... thank you for your feedback.... happy holidays....wacko.gif

I had the same problem, which repeated die or three vote.
The first time I took it to a service center and they unlocked it.
Later o tried, unplugged (not turned off by the button), after put ka machine back on it started.
