Lavazza Jolie Evo plus machine

Good evening I am new here and I own a LAVAZZA Jolie Evo PLUS home machine receiving assistance from RELECO bergamo, obtained with capsules + machine subscription.
Since the end of 2023 I have been using this machine and it can be said that it has never brewed a good coffee, it comes out bitter and despite in video call they told me the coffee is too liquid in brewing it must be creamier. This has never happened either before having sent it for service 2 times , or now with the new machine. With all DEK pods , red quality , the 2 GOLD qualities, the Tierra BIO, the coffee always turns out the same way BITTER IMBEVIBLE AND BURNED, with heartburn implications. I also subjected it to other guests at home and the story is the same for all, bitter coffee, very bitter, although the smell when opening the capsules is good ( yes sometimes I open the capsules and use them in the mocha and there is no problem with the taste)
