Siemens Surpresso S20 (TK60001)
Hallo an Alle,

I have the problem, that the drainage valve of my machine is defective, I opened the machine after repair instructions and wanted to remove the brewing unit, but this is not possible, because the brewing unit of this machine is not a completely closed unit, but sits individually behind a 2nd cover. How can I remove the brewing unit to get to the drainage valve?

Bin thankful for all tips.

LG Gaby

Hello,

>Your specifications do not really match the machine type.
The brewing unit is very well a closed unit.
It is only behind a door.

Which instructions did you use?

Hello, so I have the repair instructions from the website juraprofi.de, so when I opened the side of the brewing unit and then removed the cover from the screws behind it with fingernails and then opened all the screws in position, nothing moved at all, not even with shaking and so on. So I loosened the 5 screws, which are quite far inside, around the brewing unit and opened the lid of the brewing unit, behind it is the complete brewing unit. There is now another plastic cover on the lower left, so in front of the brewing unit ( in front of the spring and in front of another plastic part ) so that the brewing unit cannot go out at all. However, this plastic part cannot be easily removed because it goes around this side of the machine and is attached to the front part of the machine. So again, how do I get the brewing unit out now????? Maybe explanation for DOOFE!!!

Many thanks for help

LG Gaby

Hello,

I will only answer in one thread...
The initial position is such that the notch of the central
wave is pointing upwards; see attached picture.

If you have opened the (6!) screws of the brewing unit (BE),
you have partially disassembled the brewing unit. This does not necessarily help
when removing the BE.
It is then hardly possible to reassemble the BE in the device
to (if necessary) drive to the home position

The best you can do is pictures of your "construction site". Despite your
efforts in detail to describe the condition,
it remains opaque to me.

Hello, so I would like to thank you again for the quick help. I have now removed the brewing unit outside and also the drainage valve and am now waiting for the spare part. Unfortunately it all took a little longer, because I didn't have time to try any more at work.

Thank you very much for the quick help and if I had problems assembling etc.. i've got biggrin.gif

thank you.
