DeLonghi Magnifica ESAM 3000 B

Hello

I have a Delonghi Magnifica Esam 3000B and since the last decalcification I have a problem.
The water tank light is permanently on although the water tank is full
(I have already cleaned the tank).
It would be nice if someone could give me a hint!

If there is water in it the float should go up.

The float is OK, it's not stuck.
Maybe it's the electronics?!

Take a magnet (e.g. refrigerator magnet), pull out the water tank and hold the magnet approximately where the water tank magnet is. See if the message goes away, if not, the reed sensor will be gone. Easy to change, about 30min work.

What to do if the water tank LED with the magnet goes out or defective ?

The magnet in the water tank.
Either change magnet or magnetise.
Alternatively change the complete water tank.

Was the magnet out of the water tank? Then it could also have been reinstalled twisted.

I also have the problem that my MagnificaS permanently brings the water refill sign. After I read all the articles here I was sure that it must be the Reed Sensor, because you can't get the light with a strong magnet.
So without further ado a new sensor was ordered and installed, but this did not have the desired effect. Even the new sensor does not recognize a magnet, but I just plugged the sensor in the right place and always folded the magnet to see if the water light
goes
off
...without success. Does
anyone have any advice
for me?

Hi. Have also just taken out the water tank and held a magnet to the reed switch and the light went out immediately. So is the magnet in the water tank with me. Thanks for the tips. Have now ordered a new water tank on Amazon for 19 euros. Greetings
