huh.gif> Hello Bosch owner and Bosch connoisseur,

At home I own a Jura machine. I recently bought a Bosch benvenuto B 20 for my office. The coffee's good. What makes me suspicious: the coffee grounds/pomace is very wet (almost like porridge). I don't know that from my Jura at home.
Also in the collection tray more water collects in the Bosch than in the Jura.
Is that normal ???

Bin very grateful for any information.

Hello Steffi,

try it first with a slightly finer grinding degree.

Hello !

>The problem is alleviated as well as with a finer grinding degree.
I have now also noticed that after rinsing, the water is also approx. 5 mm high in the marc container.

Is the usual ?

Hearty coffee fan greetings

Some water in the marc container is OK, just don't get too much. If the machine would not be so young, then I would recommend you the care set for scarcely 5 euro.

so I also have a Bosch and the rest of the coffee set is always very wet... there is a lot of water in the drip pan too... I've now also switched to fine grind... I'm curious that it will get better...

Here you learn things. biggrin.gif thought this was normal *g*

Hello !!!

I have now observed our Bosch extensively - even under constant stress in the office - and I am relieved to find that the problem has been solved with the finer grinding degree.

But what's the cleaning pack all about????

>Do you use it regularly????

Thank you very much for a reply.

Hear regards
