allo together,

I have a Siemens Surpresso compact pure white (TK52002). The warranty expires in one month.

Now the following problem occurs:

The machine throws the painted beans into the container after I have pressed the corresponding button. Coffee? No error.

But now the real problem with the matter:

This error does not always occur! Out of ten cups, only three cups are finished at irregular intervals......

The machine was sold twice by the Siemens dealer. They write; no error found. (I still exchange small parts)

On Tuesday I picked up the machine, set it up at my place and brought it back on Wednesday. In the trade, the box runs like a one! That says of course, the device is fine. Now the machine stays one week at the dealer where the staff uses it. As soon as the error occurs, you want to contact me.

I have documented the error via mobile phone video, but the dealer is not interested....!

When the error occurs I get a residual value of 166 € credited to a new fully automatic machine.

Since I do not believe that the dealer says that the machine is defective, I wonder what can be done in now.....

>Can someone please help me.

Thank you already now.

Here the link to the video:

Had to hold the phone crosswise, so a little .... let's say "weird" ;-))

I think the microswitches on your machine's drive are faulty. Have these microswitches already been replaced by the customer service?
What exactly has been changed?

Which VIB, serial number and FD etc. do you have?

e.g. TK5xxxx - xxxxxx FD87xx

Hi Master of disaster

9
It's a TK52002/01
Type CTE25A
FD: 8801

And then I can serve with the following number: 100464 (it's under the FD number.

The following parts were swapped the first time:

Ident no. Used parts:
647861 Central part
421800 Driver
645086 Drive
423397 Drain
425970 Seal

>This at the second time:

980003 Bell part flat rate
606454 Microswitch

Amount 1 pcs. each

However, I have to say that I got an interesting tip today.

I set the grind to very coarse, otherwise the coffee was too strong for me. And it tasted bitter, too. <- when i was repairing my much too bitter.

A special guy who repairs fully automatic coffee machines told me not to set the grinder to very coarse, then it can happen that the grinder suffers...???

I just centered the grinder (after picking it up again from the mediaMarkt). Two cups test run... two cups O.K. Nevertheless, the Masschine sounds miserable, as if a car tow truck is supposed to tow a tank. I assume that it is only a matter of time that the error will occur again.

I am now in direct contact with Siemens. An offer to pick up the machine is already available, tomorrow I will arrange the date.

Further will follow.
