I have been an enthusiastic user of the Surpresso for about 4 years - unfortunately the milk foaming is now inadequate:
The Milk Whirl System draws hardly any milk when foaming mainly water .
- no external damage visible
- probably no operating error
What to do?
Where are spare parts available?

Hello,

ich first of all please use the descaling program with at least 3 descaling tablets or 1/2 bottle liquid descaler. We recommend the original from Siemens or a chemical descaler. After that, it should work. Otherwise a new milk frother if steam works on the machine. You can get spare parts via the e-shop at www.siemens-hausgeraete.de
