Hello everyone,
found this forum and hope you can help me. I got a coffee perfetto as a gift. When the machine is switched on, the thermal control flashes and the pomace control lights up even though the pomace is empty. Does anyone have any idea how to get the machine to make delicious coffee?
Thanks

Pull out the brewing group and look on top of this white sled if there is anything broken off. Does the brewing group drive normally when switched on?

Hello!

>I'm not completely sure, but normally the display "Empty marc" lights up constantly when the machine asks for it. If you remove the pomace container, the display will blink?!

As a result, your machine would not recognize that the pomace container has been inserted and therefore it will not start...

In the shaft where you push the pomace container into, a small silver-coloured contact can be seen in the back left corner. This is the responsible switch which detects whether the coffee tray is inserted. Maybe it's just not operated properly? You can try pressing it with a screwdriver or something. Maybe you are lucky and something is happening.
I have attached a photo of the corresponding switch. So of course you only see it when you open the machine - but so you can see how it works in something...

Thanks for the answers!!
when I insert the marc container you can clearly hear how the switch works so a metallic click. The indicator is permanently lit with or without TB. What does the flashing of the temperature display say that does not go out even after 10 minutes? Does anyone know where I can get this switch and an exact designation would help me.

Thank you

Yes, that should be the switch.
In an electronics shop you can get it for about one tenth!

In any case, I would test if's really the switch - they rarely break.
You have to open the machine to do that. (Instructions in the appendix)
If you have an AEG Electrolux CP2... can be you have to remove the steam pipe as described for the AEG CF2...
then disconnect the two plugs from the switch and see what happens. Then simply hold the two plugs together. With this you simulate the switching and then see if's is at the switch or not...

Hold! Test before:

Take the marc container out for 15 seconds and then reinsert it. With the Cafamosa, the marc container can also be empty, but the machine needs to be cleaned after a certain number of cups. You're pretending to empty the grape marc. Give it a try.

Gratulation!

And to keep the machine running longer I can recommend you the care instructions for the brewing group...

Hello,

we still have this old machine. Unfortunately it has problems every now and then.

Right now it's like this: the indicator "heat up water" flashes, but nothing happens, after a short time the machine just goes out.

Can someone else help us please?
