Hi,

After a filter change of my Jura F50 the machine is in a mode which is described as follows:

After switching on the F50 it appears - tap on - I follow the instruction, then appears - system fills - for about 15 sec. - then appears - tap closed - I follow the instruction. Now the game starts again from the beginning.

Levely I have no chance to get out of this loop, have tried everything.

What can I do? Is there possibly another possibility before I send in the F50?

LG and thanks in advance for the help
Christian

Sounds like a problem with the flowmeter, with a little luck (in the truest sense of the word) a thorough decalcification solves the problem, but otherwise it's not too big a deal if you dare to open the machine...
Edit: By the way, you should completely do without the filter, if necessary the machine simply pulls air somewhere. Try again without the filter in.

HI

exactly the same problem i have also, recently changed the filter, since this morning my F50 hangs tightly in the loop tap (system is filled) - tap too - tap on.......... as described above.

Had I already tried without a filter, how do I get out of this loop to decalcify the machine ???

Had someone a tip or the right solution ??

Thanks in advance

It will probably be the flowmeter... renewing would be a solution...

Thank you, I just ordered the part, 20 Euro ( incl. shipping ) will exchange it anyway and then report, hope I won't have to send it in.

Thank you till then

I have never had a faulty flowmeter on several hundred machines before, at most the seal in the lid was once over, otherwise it was always sufficient to clean it...

Had the same problem with my Jura D60. After filter change: Tap on system fills, tap closes.
The water unit draws air. Problem was an almost invisible hairline crack at the top of the filter. New filter installed and the problem was solved immediately.
Happy holidays!

Hey. Just had that problem too. Added some vinegar to the water in the tank two three times, then ran it again.
Ran the whole water tank through once, then flushed with clear water a few more times. Runs.

After replacing the filter, the Jura D60 runs again. Thanks for the tip! saved a lot of money!
