Hello dear forum, while surfing the internet I came across this page and hope to get some good tips here. We've had a Jura Z5 for some time now. Unfortunately, we did not get a proper introduction to the machine at the time. Now it is so that I would like to occupy myself more with the machine and make really good coffee with it.
I have the impression that I have always made some operating errors. Despite the change of beans, the espresso sometimes tastes too watery, but then again too bitter. It's similar with latte and cappuccino. Now my answer question to the forum if there are any settings/operating tips to use the machine really well. I'm already looking forward to many good tips here. Oh yes, if someone also has a good coffee recommendation... Please give me this! Actually we are looking for an "Allroundkaffee" wink.gif

Just follow the instructions, and then you really have to try everything yourself. Cost me a few days but now I have the coffee/espresso/LM/capu that I like.

It is and remains personal natural. Think also of the grind lathe! that makes a lot of difference to me.
