Fully automatic Jura coffee machines are most frequently recommended to others

Jura is the brand that consumers recommend to their friends. This has now been officially established by the Handelsblatt: In a customer recommendation ranking for 2019, the editorial staff of the business magazine has named the Swiss manufacturer number one in the "small and large electrical appliances" category, as Jura now announces in a press release. This is about who was able to gain the most in consumer favour in 2019. Jura can now call itself the "rising star of the year" with the corresponding Handelsblatt seal of quality. "In marketing, nothing beats a private recommendation to buy," the Handelsblatt knows - and within the scope of a study shows which brands were able to grow the most between 2018 and 2019. The institute conducted research in more than 30 categories and surveyed several thousand consumers daily on around 1,200 brands. The result was clear: Jura took the lead in the "small and large electrical" category. This means that no other brand has been recommended to other consumers more often. For the company, this is "a success that cannot be paid for with advertising budgets, because the direct recommendation is probably the marketing form with the highest degree of authenticity," as the company communicates.
