The North American company Wilbur Curtis offers its new G4 ThermoProX coffee machine for all places where a lot of coffee has to be served in a short time. This machine brews the coffee in a thermal container with a capacity of almost 4 litres. This vacuum-insulated stainless steel container can indicate when the coffee is no longer fresh or is running out with the help of a timer. The function called "FreshTrac" is also built into other Wilbur Curtis coffee makers such as the ALPHA series, where the entire coffee pot handle flashes. The supplied dispensing containers keep the coffee at the right temperature for up to four hours.

The extraction time, brewing temperature and ground coffee quantity can be set on the coffee machine via a touch display. It is also possible to set pre-brewing and impulse brewing or to initiate the addition of bypass water and save it as a profile. The settings can also be transferred directly to other Curtis G4 ThermoProX via the USB interface.

The water is drawn from a standard fixed water connection, because no one should have to refill 38 litres of water per hour. The ready-brewed containers full of coffee can be placed in suitable stands where they are needed most urgently. The coffee maker is available immediately and without stainless steel container and stand should cost around 1.500 EUR in specialized shops.

After a technical study in 2005 he went to a repair center for electrical appliances. When there was a lot of coffee, many coffee machines were dismantled and analysed. Since then he shares his knowledge online. A real coffee junkie.
