Schaerer and Jetinno enter into strategic partnership

The Chinese company Jetinno, headquartered in the port city of Guangzhou, specializes in the development and production of commercial coffee vending machines. The good positioning of the company in the Chinese market has induced Schaerer to cooperate with Jetinno. As a result, the "Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner" concept can be easily adapted for the Asian market and quickly distributed. In addition, Schaerer benefits from Jetinno's know-how in the field of mobile payment. Without the possibility of a solution for payment by mobile phone, no self-service concept makes sense in Asia. Future European vending machines should also benefit from the experience gained with this concept.

At the beginning of 2019, the cooperation was tested on the basis of the European "Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner". The first joint project for a Chinese coffee shop chain followed in mid-2019. The vending machine relies on the Schaerer Premium Coffee Engine and has a cover as well as automation components from Jetinno. Schaerer CEO Jörg Schwartze says: "With Jetinno we have an experienced partner at our side for further expansion in this very important market for us".
