2/3 Arabica and 1/3 Canephora coffee produce a strong espresso like in southern Italy: strong roasted aromas, predominantly earthy and only little fruity notes. This mixture consists of: Indian Estate Canephora for the earthy, strong note, Periquito (Brazil) for the "soil" and Kuti (Ethiopia) for the spice. Would you like to enjoy the single-variety coffees? "We also offer "Kuti" and "Periquito" unmixed in our shop. We use "Adrianos Dark Robusta" for strong espressi.
