Four mocha brown and carefully roasted coffees (98% Arabica coffee and 2% Canephora) produce a mild "long" coffee with fruit and spice. This mixture consists of: Periquito (Brazil) for the "soil", Harrar/ Kuti (Ethiopia) for the spice and the light fruit note as well as a touch of Indian canephora for the strength. Would you like to enjoy the single-variety coffees? "We also offer "Kuti" and "Periquito" unmixed in our shop. We use "Adrianos Lungo" for Café Crème and for mild coffee preparations with milk (skin).
