Pure and unmixed Malabar Arabica produces a coffee with pronounced nut notes, mild and low in acidity in taste. We use "Adrianos Malabar" for aromatic espressos. Its nutty flavour makes this coffee ideal for all types of preparation with milk. Our speciality coffees are medium roasted so as not to destroy the subtle flavours typical of the variety. They are suitable for all types of preparation.
