Pure and unmixed Arabica coffee from the Periquito plot produces an extremely spicy coffee with clear roasted aromas, some fruit and a slight sweetness. We use "Adrianos Periquito" for aromatic espress/ spicy filter and Frenchpress preparations as well as cafe cream. Our coffee specialities are medium roasted to obtain the subtle flavours typical of the variety. They are suitable for all types of preparation.
