The organic mocha has been produced by us since 2007 as a powerful blend of 100% BIO and FAIRTRADE certified coffees. The idea behind the coffee was to create a biological counterweight to the Caruso Blend, our most popular and best-selling coffee. The process of finding coffee was a long one: we tried 29 different blends until we came to this blend. The exact recipe is secret, but it is a mixture of coffees from Central and South America. The organic mocha is very versatile and, due to its low acid content, ideal for making espresso and coffee-milk mixes. Strong organic FAIRTRADE coffee blend, nutty flavours.
