The Iapar is a 100% Arabica bean variety which, like the Jacu, we obtain exclusively from the Camocim Organic farm in Pedra Azul do Arace in the Brazilian state of Espirito Santo. The owner of the farm, Henrique Sloper, is currently president of BSCA, the Brazilian Speciality Coffee Association and the largest DEMETER farmer in the country. His farm is a prime example of how a combination of biodynamic landscape and social economy can work. We were able to see this for ourselves during our farm visits. Medium-bodied, aroma of fine cocoa and spices, citrus notes, nut and ginger on the palate. 100% Arabica
