Our Hermes Blend is the counterpart to many industrially produced, robust coffee blends of southern Italian design, with the difference that it is roasted fresh and in our handicraft process and contains high-quality raw materials. Despite 30% Robusta content, the Hermes is not acid-heavy or musty. The caffeine content here is certainly higher than with most of our other coffees. The exact composition is not revealed in this blend either, just this much should be said: it contains one of the best and most expensive Robusta varieties in the world from India. Very strong coffee blend. Dense and earthy, gingerbread and almonds in the nose, dark chocolate on the palate, long finish. 70% Arabica, 30% Robusta
