The Baragwi Coffee Farmer's Society's Gachami Washing Station is located in Central Kenya, Kirinyaga District, near Mount Kenya and the coffee beans are grown at an altitude of 1600-1800 meters. This coffee is quite fruity and acidic and as such very popular for all types of filter preparation (Hario V60, Chemex, Mizudashi, Cold Drip). Medium strong, stronger fruit acid than in most of our coffees. Citrus blossoms, tangerine peel, milk chocolate and butter biscuit in the nose, pleasant acidity, white chocolate and hay on the palate, round finish.
