The story of the move of our roasting machine from our shop in the Schleifmühlgasse in the traditional Wieden, where we roasted for 13 years, is a sad story full of costs and (associated) tears. We're not ready to tell it yet. We still need time. In any case, we found a new home for our roasting machine in Liesing, the 23rd district of Vienna, and for this occasion we created a new coffee blend: the Liesinger. The aim was to create a 100% Arabica blend that is as intense as if it had a Robusta content. Strong BIO and FAIRTRADE certified coffee blend. Walnut and currants in the nose, aromas of nut bread, malt and fine cocoa on the palate, creamy, dry finish.
