Our coffee of the Arabica variety Caturra from Nepal comes from a farm about 50 km north of Kathmandu in the foothills of the Ganesh Himal Gebrigskette, from the district Nuwakot and is cultivated there at altitudes between 700 and 1,000 m by small farmers. The wet processed coffee is sorted and cleaned by hand, washed by hand in glacier water and dried in the sun.
