The Panama Geisha is one of the most exclusive and popular speciality coffees in the world. It grows on the slopes of the Barú volcano in the west of the country at altitudes of 1,600 - 2,000 metres. As so often, coffee has chosen one of the most beautiful places to grow, a region fogged by light haze with soils full of rich volcanic soil, fresh water springs and wooded mountains. This coffee is a kaleidoscope of fruit aromas and certainly more fruit acid than most of our coffees. Red grapefruit, passion fruit blossoms, pineapple, speculoos and vanilla in the nose, citrus fruits, hazelnut and raisins on the palate and an elegant, balanced finish.
