OCOA is a single estate coffee from the highlands of the Dominican Republic. The plantation is located over 1000 metres above sea level and offers ideal growing conditions with its volcanic mineralised soils and the large temperature differences between day and night. Only the perfectly ripened fruits are picked individually by hand over a period of 2 months and carefully processed into green coffee.
