Since 1993 our coffee roaster J. J. Darboven has been offering fairly traded coffees - and was one of the first to consistently support this on a large scale. Fair-trade coffee comes from smallholder families and is imported directly from the producing countries with the exclusion of intermediaries. Through the association TransFair e. V., a minimum price for the harvests is secured and a fair price benefits the coffee farmers. But Cafe Intencion is not only fair, but also extremely aromatic, because we exclusively use the finest green coffee provenances from highland regions, which we roast immediately after delivery in Hamburg with our special process. Ideal for the fully automatic machine with particularly fine crema, here in the specially productive and very high-quality gastronomy roasting.
