A blend mainly composed of the best Arabica coffees coming from India, Central and South America and a percentage of Robusta, suitably selected, also coming from South America. It is a very well balanced mix, with a low acidity, ideal for espresso and for any speciality of coffee that requires mixing with milk. It has a sweet and almost syrupy taste with a persistent aftertaste of hazelnut and chocolate, a cream with a compact structure.
