New name, new mix: We have re-composed the Crimean roast for the 2011 Crimean Festival: One of our mildest coffees from our partner plantation Kelagur Estate is roasted in two ways, light and dark and combined in a blend. Good Cup - Bad Cop: As in classical interrogation, each of these different characters can take on one or the other role in the taste composition. Sometimes a gentle cop, sometimes a tough cop; but always delicious..... Sometimes mild filter coffee, sometimes black espresso. But always a unit that works hand-in-hand and pursues a common goal: The confession - to full enjoyment.
