This coffee - a Direct import of the German Roester Guild - is being held at Shakisso Farm, a plantation in the heart of Ethiopia (Guji zone) with a lot of attention to detail and Quality consciousness. The farm is about 600 hectare and employs up to 220 people (about 200 seasonal pickers). The coffee plants, of 90-year-old mother plants from the rainforest, growing in the middle of the forest, dadurc h the coffee cherries ripen very slowly and enrich a wealth of flavours, serves as fertilizer only the leaves of the coffee shrubs and the Giants of the jungle.
