A `Caffè Crema` is specially designed to meet the special requirements of a fully automatic coffee machine: the degree of roasting lies between the slightly lighter roasting of a filter coffee and the dark roasting of an espresso. Our blend consists of high quality South American Arabica beans and a small proportion of Indian Robusta beans. Caffè Crema is characterized in the cup by a light, tasty acidity and forms a full aroma.
