In the mountains in the central part of Sulawesi/Celebes, around Kalosi and Rantepao, this coffee grows. The local Toraja provide the coffee bushes excellent. The coffee is prepared according to the Semi Washed method. The harvest is transported by truck to Makassar and from there shipped to Surabaya or Medan for further preparation and drying of exports.
