The Swiss family Rosenheim produces this wonderful coffee in Villa Rica, Peru. This coffee matures to perfection at an altitude of 1600 m above sea level. Sun-dried, the pergaminos are stored for approx. 3 months until they are peeled and packed for export. Fine, complex floral aromas paired with fragrant, exhilarating fullness give this coffee its uniqueness.
