In southern Mexico, in the Chiappas region, a German family traditionally cultivates these exquisite Arabica beans at an altitude of over 1,400 metres. For over 40 years a very special coffee has been refined here by hand. Lots of sunshine and nutritious soils make a spicy, medium-full coffee ripen with a wonderfully tender fruitiness.
