The Espresso Mexicaans is a beautiful highland coffee, which is certified by the national European BIO seal. The bean comes from the highlands of the Chiapas region and is cultivated at an altitude of 1100 to 1250 metres. Due to the Mexican cultivation area, the espresso is very aromatic, because the higher the Arabica bean is cultivated, the more aromas can develop in it. Despite the espresso roasting, we have succeeded in preventing the aroma substances from being superimposed by annoying bitter substances.
