Our coffee from Guatemala comes from one of the best plantations in the country and is one of only a few beans in the assortment of the German Roestergilde. The "Guatemala La Cascada Estate" is named after the almost 100 metre deep spring waterfall, which is located in the middle of the 550 hectare farm. Since the bean is cultivated at an altitude of over 1600 metres, a wide aroma spectrum can be found in it. Due to this high cultivation area, coffee from Guatemala has more than earned the quality designation SHB, Strictly Hard Bean. Guatemala SHB is one of the most aromatic and complex coffees in our range.
