A strong, full aroma characterizes this coffee rarity. Ethiopian wild growth is full-bodied and aromatic in taste. Its fine acidity is also characteristic. Ethiopia is not only the home of coffee, wild coffee trees still grow here today. This naturally growing coffee is collected by the locals. Most of it comes from the rainforest, from trees and shrubs that have never seen a fertilizer before, but also from overgrown plantations. Plantations that are no longer in use are gradually being brought back by nature and the coffee plants are being released into the wild. This wild coffee from the highlands of Ethiopia (1200 to 2000 m above sea level), mainly from the south-western region "Sheko", is a true rarity and pure nature. The taste and texture of the coffee vary accordingly.
