It has a very differentiated aroma and a very pleasant fullness at the same time. Thanks to our gentle, slow roasting process at low temperatures, El Salvador Pacamara develops a slightly fruity note of ripe oranges and at the same time intense aromas of caramel and chocolate and has a syrupy sweetness. This Arabica Pacamara is a cross between the Arabica Red Maragogype and an Arabica Bourbon mutation, the Arabica Pacas coffee plant. Pacamara coffee beans are about three times the size of conventional coffee beans, but slightly stronger than the more popular Maragogype bean. This coffee speciality is cultivated on the sea-side mountain slopes of El Salvador at an altitude of 1200m-1500m. The volcanic soils and the somewhat milder mountain climate produce excellent harvests, which inspire coffee lovers from all over the world. Of course, El Salvador Pacamara is harvested by hand and wet processed before it is dried in the sun, turning several times.
