A strong body characterizes this espresso as well as its full aroma. It is spicy and tart in taste and has a full-bodied character with a typically low acidity at the same time. Strong, spicy Arabicas from Asia and Central America and a strong, aromatic Asian Robusta give this espresso its typical taste. A part of Santos rounds the taste picture off. The ratio Arabica to Robusta is about 70/30.
