The rarity on the coffee market par excellence has a very elegant character. Jamaica Blue Mountain has a rather strong body with great fullness at the same time. It tastes full aromatic and round. The most famous coffee speciality comes from the mountains of Jamaica. The mountain range of the Blue Mountains stretches across the whole island. Coffee is grown here at an altitude of 1500 to 2000 m above sea level. The first coffee plants came from Martinique to Jamaica in 1728. The tropical climate, the fertile soil and the often dense fog of the Blue Mountains offer perfect growing conditions. This exclusive highland coffee is grown on small farms such as the Wallenford Estate. The beans are processed wet. The Jamaika Blue Mountain, is one of the few coffees that is not transported in bags but in barrels. Every Blue Mountain coffee is declared by the Jamaican Coffee Commission with a certificate of authenticity. The beans correspond to screening 17/18 and are therefore medium in size.
