A balanced, fully aromatic coffee speciality. The taste is somewhat complex but still balanced and round. Schümli Classic Coffee has a slightly fine acidity and a spicy taste. The combination of strong, aromatic Arabicas from Central America with heavy Arabicas from Asia give this coffee speciality its spicy but balanced taste. A small part of high-quality Indian Robusta gives the coffee the necessary refinement. The Arabica share is around 90%.
