Schümli Swiss style coffee has a somewhat stronger body and is characterised by its aromatic, spicy character. The full aroma and a small touch of fine acidity give it its typically full-bodied, tart and outstanding taste. Heavy, spicy Arabicas from Central America and Africa give this speciality its aromatic, spicy taste, which is slightly softened by Brazilian Santos. A small proportion of high-quality Robusta also provides the necessary whistle here. The Arabica share is around 90%.
