Delicate, full-bodied and heavy, this coffee combines espresso with Schümli coffee. This gives the coffee Variabel its strong taste. It is suitable for a spicy Café Creme as well as a mild espresso, cappuccino or latte macchiatto. Strong, heavy Arabicas from Asia and Central America, a larger portion of high-quality Asian Robustas, rounded off by a portion of noble Brazilian Santos, give this coffee mixture its aroma. The degree of roasting of this coffee is darker in appearance. The result is a coffee variable for Schümli Kaffee, Espresso & Co. The ratio Arabica to Robusta is about 80/20.
